Before operating, review the legal documents and the user's responsibilities.

  • You decide and you bid. Campo Broker does not choose the vehicle or bid on your behalf; you take on responsibility for the bid and for meeting Copart/IAAI deadlines.
  • Compliance at the destination. You are responsible for customs clearance, paying taxes, and complying with your country's import laws, working with your customs broker.
  • Vehicle eligibility. Verify that the title, year, condition, and documentation are accepted in your country before bidding. See Glossary.
  • Payments. Follow the payment flow indicated by Campo Broker; do not pay the auction directly. See Payment and Reconciliation.
  • Your identity and address documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
  • Payments are processed through PayPal and Paddle (the latter acting as Merchant of Record for certain digital products); Campo Broker does not store your card details.
