## Vehicle History Reports

A digital report of a vehicle's history by VIN number, delivered as a **PDF immediately** after payment.

**Packages** are a way to prepay for a number of reports at a volume discount. They can only be redeemed for vehicle history reports within the platform; they are not transferable or convertible to cash.

> The **security deposit** (US$400 / US$800) is refundable when you close your account if there are no outstanding debts; the refund takes 4 to 10 days. Do not confuse it with the purchase fee or the auction invoice.
