Campo Brokers is a technology platform for importers which brings together tools for purchasing at auctions, coordinating payments, towing services, documents, exports, and tracking—all from a single dashboard.

The platform is designed to give users greater control and better information. Campo Brokers It provides access, systems, support, and operational coordination; the decision to bid, buy, or import always rests with the user.

No. Campo Brokers does not decide which vehicle to buy or how much to bid. The user selects the lot, reviews the available information, sets a budget, and assumes responsibility for the bid.

Our role is to provide tools, access, payment processes, documentation, tow trucks, authorized warehouses, and operational support within the scope of the contract.

Campo Brokers It can serve users from different countries. Before bidding, each user must confirm with their customs agent or local authority whether the vehicle, title, model year, condition, and documentation are accepted in their country.

The network of authorized warehouses operates using routes and processes focused on Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. For other destinations, the platform may still be useful, but logistics availability must be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

The current plans are Importer y Dealer. Both require an annual membership of US$5, a refundable security deposit, and an auction account assigned upon approval of the plan.

  • Importer: security deposit for US$400, with a bid deadline of US$10,000 per vehicle.
  • Dealer: security deposit for US$800, with a bid deadline of US$20,000 per vehicle.

No. That old registration fee is no longer a requirement.

The current model is based on an annual membership fee of US$5 when the user selects "Importer" or "Dealer," plus the refundable security deposit corresponding to the chosen plan.

The annual membership fee for US$5 It is required when the user decides to activate a plan Importer o Dealer. This should not be confused with former registration categories that are no longer in effect.

Membership keeps the account active for those data streams and allows you to use the dashboard according to your plan.

The security deposit helps cover the operational risk associated with allowing users to conduct transactions involving accounts and processes related to auctions, payments, vehicles won, penalties, and outstanding obligations.

This is not a registration fee or an automatic penalty. It is a refundable deposit subject to the published terms and conditions.

The deposit may be refunded when the user closes their account, provided that there are no outstanding debts, unpaid vehicles, fines, penalties, auction fees, unpaid bills, or pending legal proceedings.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used and may take 4 to 10 days is being processed.

No. The security deposit is part of the Importer or Dealer plan and serves as a refundable operational reserve.

If you win a unit, you'll see each cost clearly: a purchase fee of US$289 per vehicle (first 10 vehicles; US$300 starting with the 11th), a Pre-Alert fee of US$85 if you’re paying by direct deposit (PNC) or US$130 + 0.20% of your total auction invoice (min. US$10) via Banreservas, and the auction invoice.

Before bidding, check the type of title, photos, damage, location, auction fees, towing costs, potential storage fees, taxes, import restrictions, and requirements in your country.

It's also a good idea to check the vehicle's history, VIN, repair estimates, and whether the vehicle can be exported or registered at your destination.
