By accessing or using campobroker.com, owned by CAMPO BROKER SRL (“Campo Brokers”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform, the dashboard, CampoBrokerBot or any related services.
1. About Campo Brokers
CAMPO BROKER SRL It is a technology company registered in the Dominican Republic that operates a digital platform for importers, buyers, and users involved in processes related to vehicles from U.S. auctions.
Campo Brokers provides a dashboard, tools, operational workflows, access, support, logistics coordination, CampoBrokerBot and connections with authorized third parties. The platform does not replace the user’s judgment nor eliminate the risks inherent in purchasing vehicles at auction.

3. Definitions
- Platform: website, dashboard, modules, workflows, internal APIs, communications, and Campo Brokers tools.
- User: an individual or legal entity that creates an account, subscribes to services, uses the dashboard, or uses CampoBrokerBot.
- Auction: a third-party platform such as Copart, IAAI, or another entity with its own rules.
- CampoBrokerBot: Chrome extension from Campo Brokers to support operation in Copart/IAAI and sync data with the dashboard.
- Importer Plan: Annual membership plan with a US$400 security deposit.
- Dealer Plan: Annual membership plan with an $800 security deposit.
- Security deposit: Reimbursable financial backing, subject to certain conditions, to cover operational risks, debts, fines, defaults, or pending legal proceedings.
- Authorized warehouse: an independent third party within Campo Brokers's authorized network for receiving, preparing, documenting, or exporting goods.
- Early warning: workflow Campo Brokers used to report, document, or follow up on a process after acquiring a vehicle.
4. Account, Eligibility, and Security
The User represents that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and their own. Campo Brokers may request additional verification, suspend features, or deny services if it detects inconsistencies, fraud, identity theft, unauthorized third-party payments, or a breach of these terms.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, for using the correct account on the dashboard and on CampoBrokerBot, and for all activity carried out during their session.
5. Services and Scope
Campo Brokers may offer, subject to availability, the following services and tools:
- Dashboard for managing auctions, vehicles, payments, documents, and tracking.
- Importer and Dealer Plans for operating with auction accounts and defined limits.
- CampoBrokerBot for Copart/IAAI.
- Vehicle reports, calculators, and analysis tools.
- Crane management and coordination with external carriers.
- Network of authorized warehouses and export flows to Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
- Early warnings, operational support, documentation, and payment reconciliation.
Services may be changed, suspended, or subject to conditions based on technical availability, third-party rules, operational risk, destination country, type of security, or account status.
6. Plans, Membership, and Deposits
6.1 Annual Membership
The annual membership fee for US$5 Applies when the User decides to activate an Importer or Dealer plan. This membership keeps the account active for those transactions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of approval, purchase, import, or any specific outcome.
6.2 Importer Plan
The Importer Plan requires a security deposit of US$400, assigns an auction account upon approval and allows bidding up to US$10,000 per vehicle, subject to availability, internal policies, and account status.
6.3 Dealer Plan
The Dealer plan requires a security deposit of US$800, assigns an auction account upon approval and allows bidding up to US$20,000 per vehicle, subject to availability, internal policies, and account status.
6.4 Security Deposit
The security deposit is not a registration fee. It is a refundable security deposit subject to the conditions of Section 15 and may be applied toward debts, fines, unpaid vehicle fees, penalties, auction fees, losses due to noncompliance, or pending proceedings.
6.5 Purchase Fee per Vehicle
Campo Brokers may charge a A purchase fee of US$289 per vehicle for the first 10 vehicles purchased and US$300 for the eleventh and subsequent vehicles, for each vehicle purchased, won, or awarded through an assigned auction account. This fee is separate from the annual membership fee, the security deposit, the pre-alert fee, and the vehicle invoice.
The fee is processed as part of the workflow shown on the dashboard after the purchase or award of the vehicle, and before completing the final payment and documentation steps, when applicable. Payment of this fee does not guarantee the vehicle’s mechanical condition, market value, customs clearance, approval of future bids, or the ongoing availability of third-party accounts.
7. User Responsibility
The User is responsible for researching each vehicle before bidding, verifying the title, condition, photos, history, auction fees, transportation costs, taxes, import regulations, restrictions in their country, and total budget.
Campo Brokers does not make purchases on behalf of the User, does not place bids on behalf of the User, and does not guarantee mechanical condition, market value, customs clearance, reconstruction, repair, exportability, third-party timelines, or financial results.
8. Auctions and Third-Party Policies
Copart, IAAI, and other auction platforms are independent third parties with their own rules, fees, deadlines, state-specific restrictions, payment policies, and penalties. The User agrees to comply with these policies when using accounts, tools, or workflows linked to auctions.
Campo Brokers is an independent platform. Copart, IAAI, IAA, their trade names, trademarks, logos, web pages, images, systems, and services belong to their respective owners. Any mention of Copart or IAAI is made solely to identify third-party auction platforms on which the User may operate in accordance with their own rules. Campo Brokers is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Copart, Inc., Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc., IAA, their affiliates, or related companies.
Campo Brokers may restrict access if the User wins but fails to pay, alters credentials, violates rules, incurs penalties, changes critical data, or jeopardizes accounts, licenses, suppliers, or the operations of other users.
9. Payments, Invoices, and Pre-Alerts
After winning a vehicle, the User must follow the steps indicated on the dashboard, complete the pre-alert when applicable, review invoices, pay on time, and keep receipts.
Copart and IAAI may reject payments from third parties or payments that do not match the account holder. Official references:
If the User makes a payment outside the process specified by Campo Brokers, the User assumes the risk of rejection, delay, withholding, loss of operational protection, penalties, or the inability to reconcile the transaction.
10. Auction Accounts and Limits
The dashboard can display the assigned auction account, active lots, plan limits, pending payments, and steps to take after a purchase. Any additional operating costs for pre-alerts, purchase fees, vehicles, towing, documentation, or related services will be displayed before confirmation, when applicable.
Before bidding, the User must confirm that the account displayed on Copart or IAAI shows their name and that the transaction is within the limits allowed by their plan and the auction rules.
Users must not attempt to alter accounts, pages, extensions, automations, security controls, or sensitive data associated with Campo Brokers. Any misuse may result in suspension, termination, loss of access, and the application of deposits to outstanding obligations.
11. CampoBrokerBot
CampoBrokerBot is the Chrome extension by Campo Brokers that supports the use of the dashboard in Copart and IAAI. It can be downloaded from Chrome Web Store.
To use it, the user must log in with the same Campo Brokers account. The extension can synchronize watchlists, won lots, payment status, session presence, operational data, and signals necessary for support, security, and workflow continuity.
When a User has an assigned auction account, CampoBrokerBot this can facilitate logging in or continuing to use the service on Copart or IAAI. The User must verify that the session, display name, and assigned account match before bidding, participating in live bidding, or using Buy Now.
CampoBrokerBot Premium costs US$15 for 30 days. This is not an automatic recurring subscription; if the User renews before the expiration date, the days roll over. Premium benefits may include advanced tools such as reservation information (when available), a real-time export calculator, and seller identification with price comparisons. Vehicle history reports are billed separately, and their price is not tied to the Premium plan.
The User agrees not to use CampoBrokerBot to circumvent the rules of Copart, IAAI, Campo Brokers, or the browser. The extension does not automatically bid on the User’s behalf, does not guarantee that data will always be available, and may be affected by changes to auction pages.
12. Towing Service
Campo Brokers can manage the scheduling or coordination of a crane via Central Dispatch or other available channels. The current management fee is US$50; the shipping cost is charged by the carrier or processed according to the specified procedure.
The User must provide accurate information, including the invoice, location, destination, contact information, release status, and any required Pickup PIN, Gate Pass, or authorization. Storage fees, failed delivery attempts, delays, or damage during transit depend on the carrier, the auction, or the actual terms of service.
13. Authorized Warehouses and Exports
Campo Brokers works with a network of authorized, independent stores, each with its own operating hours, prices, capacity, and policies.
Payments related to the warehouse/export process go through Campo Brokers when the workflow requires holding funds in escrow, documenting progress, or releasing payments upon fulfillment. The warehouse or authorized supplier can submit minimum quantities, expenses, quotes, documents, and progress updates; the User can communicate via the dashboard.
The network of authorized warehouses focuses on routes to Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. For other destinations, the User must confirm availability before shipping the vehicle or committing funds.
If a vehicle needs to go from salvage a rebuilt, the warehouse or authorized supplier can provide a quote for title reconstruction, inspection, and the minimum parts required to complete the process. These costs are separate from ocean freight and must be approved before proceeding.
14. Certificates, Documents, and Destination
Titles, bills of sale, reassignments, export documents, DMV processing times, and acceptance at the destination depend on the auction, the issuing state, the repair shop, the shipping company, the receiving country, and the relevant authorities.
The User must confirm with their customs broker or local authority whether the vehicle and its title are accepted. Campo Brokers does not handle customs clearance outside the United States and does not guarantee that titles will be accepted in the destination country.
15. Refunds
15.1 Security Deposits
Security deposits for the Importer and Dealer plans are refundable upon account closure only if there are no outstanding debts, unpaid vehicles, fines, penalties, auction fees, outstanding services, or open cases.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method and may take 4 to 10 days is being processed.
15.2 Purchase Fee per Vehicle
The purchase fee for US$289 per vehicle for the first 10 vehicles purchased and US$300 for each vehicle purchased after the 10th Applies to each vehicle purchased, acquired, or awarded through the assigned auction account. Once linked to an actual purchase, it is non-refundable except in the case of a verifiable internal error or an exceptional decision by Campo Brokers.
If a fee is processed in error without an associated purchase, allocation, or transaction, the User may request a review through support. Campo Brokers will verify the case, the auction status, the dashboard records, and the payment references before approving any reversal.
15.3 Services Rendered or Digital Services
Services already performed, accesses used, reports submitted, procedures initiated, CampoBrokerBot active Premium, payment gateway fees, third-party commissions, auction payments, fines, storage fees, or penalties are non-refundable unless Campo Brokers determines otherwise for a verifiable internal reason.
15.4 Payments to Third Parties
Refunds from carriers, auctions, warehouses, or authorized suppliers, shipping companies, banks, or payment gateways depend on their policies and the stage of the process.
16. KYC and Fraud Prevention
Campo Brokers may request identification documents, proof of address, verification of payment method, proof of ownership, receipts, and additional information to prevent fraud, protect accounts, reduce non-payment, and comply with internal or third-party policies.
If the User does not complete the verification process or provides inconsistent information, Campo Brokers may pause, reject, restrict, or cancel services.
17. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before opening a dispute, filing a claim, or initiating a chargeback, the User agrees to contact support at [email protected] to allow for a review of the case.
Campo Brokers may submit evidence such as logs, IP addresses, screenshots, invoices, receipts, dashboard activity, acceptance of terms, messages, CampoBrokerBot records, and proof of execution or delivery.
Abusive chargebacks, fraudulent payments, identity theft, or unjustified disputes may result in suspension, account closure, and the User’s liability for fees, losses, or penalties.
18. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to use Campo Brokers for fraud, money laundering, identity theft, account manipulation, circumvention of auction rules, tampering with credentials, unauthorized scraping, abuse of CampoBrokerBot, unjustified chargebacks, or illegal activities.
Campo Brokers may restrict or cancel services without prior notice when there is a risk to the platform, accounts, providers, warehouses, users, or third parties.
19. Limitation of Liability
Campo Brokers is responsible for operational execution within the contracted scope. It is not liable for the User’s purchasing decisions or for any acts, omissions, policies, delays, damages, rejections, errors, or costs arising from auctions, carriers, warehouses, or authorized suppliers, shipping lines, banks, payment gateways, authorities, the DMV, customs brokers, or third parties.
The maximum liability of Campo Brokers, where legally applicable, is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, excluding auction fees, penalties, taxes, freight charges, repairs, and third-party charges.
20. Intellectual Property, Registrations, and Changes
The Campo Brokers and CampoBrokerBot trademarks, text, design, software, workflows, dashboard, and materials are the property of CAMPO BROKER SRL or are used under license. Copying, reselling, decompiling, distributing, or exploiting the platform without written permission is prohibited.
The User agrees that Campo Brokers may record technical and administrative evidence of use: date, time, IP address, username, PIN, or internal identifier; version of the Terms; dashboard actions; CampoBrokerBot events; payments; receipts; and communications for security, support, auditing, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
Campo Brokers may update these terms. The current version will be the one published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version. Jurisdiction: Dominican Republic.
21. Vehicle history reports and third-party brands
Campo Brokers provides Users with vehicle history reports obtained through external data providers with which it Campo Brokers has a business relationship. The report is delivered in digital format immediately after payment; its content, scope, coverage, and availability depend on the provider and the existing records for the VIN subject of the inquiry.
Campo Brokers is an independent platform. Carfax®, AutoCheck®, and any other vehicle history report trademarks, along with their trade names, logos, systems, and services, are the property of their respective owners (Carfax, Inc.; Experian Information Solutions, Inc.). These brands are mentioned solely to describe the type of report the User is requesting., just as Copart or IAAI are used to identify third-party auction platforms. Campo Brokers is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Carfax, Inc., Experian Information Solutions, Inc., their affiliates, or related companies, and does not act on behalf of those entities.
Campo Brokers does not generate, edit, or control the content of the reports and does not guarantee that a vehicle is free of accidents, damage, or incidents not recorded by the provider’s sources. The absence of records does not mean there are no facts.
22. Refunds (Expanded Policy)
Section 15 of these Terms is supplemented by the Refund Policy, which details refunds for digital products (vehicle history reports, report bundles, and CampoBrokerBot Premium), refund periods, the refund method, and the request procedure.
In the event of a discrepancy between the two texts regarding digital products, the provisions of the Refund Policy shall prevail.
